The landscapes of the Minervois is an introduction of six different areas of our region dominated by vineyards. Within each landscape are some of the major attractions with a list of restaurants and places to stay. Wine cellars are plentiful and each landscape of the Minervois has wines special to the type of soils and climatic conditions of that area. Translations into english are currently in process so you may some times come across texts in french. We appologize for this inconvience and the complete english version will be available soon.
